100% Fat Free

Our milk based gelato only contains 4-6% fat, as opposed to commercial confectionary ice-cream, which contains a minimum of 15% fat. Our sorbet is 100% fat free.

Quality

Our products are made from base ingredients sourced for their premium quality. We offer 2 qualities of gelato – Gourmet and Premium ranges, to satisfy all palates!

Fresh

"Gelato Fresh" – as the name implies, means fresh daily. All Gelato Fresh products are artisan prepared and decorated.

Extensive Range

Our range of milk base gelato and water base gelato (sorbets) covers over 120 flavors, with more being added every week. In addition we can produce "make to order" to meet specific customer requirements.

7 Litre Containers

We are the first and only company in Queensland to sell high quality gelato in 7 litre, as well as 5 litre, decorated disposable containers with dome lids – ready to display and serve.
